Masakazu Iwakura
is a lawyer and a professor who specializes in international and corporate law. He studied at Harvard Law School and worked in the U.S. before returning to Japan. He has been teaching at Hitotsubashi University since 2006 and also visited Harvard Law School twice as a professor.
